Unlike advertising covered by traditional companies, this is a flexible fund and fully within the agent's control. It can be used for self-promotion as well as listings. Ad fund options include: newspaper (advertising in the paper of your choice), local homes magazines, cable television advertising, and the use of our in-house marketing department (personal brochures, property flyers and just listed/sold postcards).
